FotoBoss is a vibrant community of creatives, sharing copyright-free images. All contents are released under Creative Commons CC0, safe to use without asking permission from or provide credit to the artists or Fotoboss - even for commercial purposes.

You can create an account to find a variety of images and also seek our photographers from all around the world.

You can use any of the Fotoboss images for Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Weibo, and other SNS.
Once you download an image, you can copy, modify, distribute, and use the image, even for commercial purposes, all without asking permission from or provide credit to the artist or Fotoboss. However, depicted content may still be protected by trademarks, publicity, portrait, property, or privacy rights.

You shall not sell any image without modification considered as your creation. You shall not upload or submit any image download from Fotoboss to a similar service.

You don't have to pay for using Fotoboss images.

You may submit your images as free images to Fotoboss first and get them passed by our team within 1-2 working days.
Once your images are published as free images on the Fotoboss website, you may agree with our buy-out contract and request to sell the images.
If the Fotoboss team decides to buy some or all of your images, you will find the results on the 'My financials' page within 2-3 working days after your request. Selling Image Guide

You can upload .jpg, .jpeg or .png files only up to 40MB.

You need to add a minimum of 5 tags for each image to complete the upload. Fotoboss has an automatic tagging system that provides basic tags by analyzing your images with AI.
However, we recommend you add your own tags or correct the provided ones. This effort may help the discoverability of your images increase.

Images need to pass our Quality Control checks. Please read 'Fotoboss Quality Control Guide' before you upload your pictures.

It may take a few minutes to display new images on the 'My gallery' page once they are accepted. In rare cases, it may take a few days. If you find too many images missing, we're likely running an update and kindly asking for your patience.

The images that you upload or sell may be of use for a purpose such as editorial or commercial usage. However, Fotoboss prohibits any unlawful, defamatory, libelous, objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate use of the image. For more information, please read the Terms of Service.

Once you upload your images on Fotoboss, you agree with the terms and conditions of Fotoboss and cannot delete your images.
If your images have some issue related to the model or property rights, please contact Support@fotoboss.io.

You can delete your account anytime on the 'Setting > Options' page.
Please note that you need to request a cash-out if you have any remaining amount on your Financials before you delete your account so that we can transfer the payment to your Paypal account.
